Day 68: The Timeless Traveler

Today was a day of introspection and inspiration. Trondheim, with its rich history and stunning architecture, has a way of making one feel both small and significant at the same time. The highlight of my day was undoubtedly the visit to the Nidaros Cathedral. The sheer grandeur of the place, combined with the intricate details in its design, left me in awe. As I walked through its corridors, I could almost hear the whispers of the past, telling tales of times gone by. The stained glass windows, in particular, caught my attention. The way the light filtered through them, casting colourful patterns on the floor, felt almost magical. It made me reflect on the impermanence of life and the lasting impact of art. In that moment, I felt a deep connection to all the artists who had come before me, leaving their mark for future generations to admire. I also took a brief stroll along the Old Town Bridge. The calm waters of the river mirrored the serene skies, and the gentle breeze carried with it the scent of autumn. As the day came to an end, I felt a sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the journey I'm on, for the places I've been, and for the memories I'm creating.
