59 days: Farzana Khatun's Colorful Market Stroll

Today I decided to spend the afternoon at Patenga Beach. The weather was warm, with a gentle breeze blowing along the shore. As I walked along the shore, the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks created a soothing rhythm. The sky was dotted with clouds that cast playful shadows on the sand.

The beach was bustling with locals enjoying their day, families picnicking, and children flying kites. I found a quiet spot to sit and watch the world go by. The colors of the sea shifted from deep blue to turquoise, and I couldn't resist capturing the scene in my sketchbook. I started with quick strokes to capture the movement of the waves and the silhouettes of people walking by.

Nearby, a group of young boys were playing cricket, their laughter filling the air. The simplicity and joy of their game drew me in and I found myself sketching their energetic movements, the way they seemed so free and full of life.

As the sun began to set, the beach took on a golden hue, and I felt a sense of calm wash over me. Chittagong has a quiet charm that resonates deeply. It was a good day spent in the embrace of the sea.
