Fourth Journey Day 129: Eroded Horizons

Today I went on a coastal nature hike along the rugged coastline of Rincon. The trail meandered through rocky outcroppings and sandy stretches, with each turn revealing breathtaking views of the turquoise sea meeting the clear blue sky. The warm sun and gentle breeze provided a pleasant backdrop as I walked steadily, taking in the natural textures of weathered stone and sparse native vegetation. I stopped several times to make quick sketches and note observations in my journal, focusing on the play of light on the water and the subtle changes in the coastal landscape. The tranquility of the scene allowed for quiet reflection and a deep connection with the natural environment. Each step on the uneven path reminded me of the enduring beauty of Bonaire's landscape, where nature tells its own story in vivid hues and soft textures. The day's experience left me inspired and full of ideas for my next piece of art.
