Day 164: Fathoms of Painted Currents

Today I took a leisurely stroll along the Mutrah Corniche, letting the vibrant waterfront scene unfold before me. Fishing boats bobbed gently on the water, and the colorful facades of the buildings behind them caught my eye. A light breeze helped to alleviate the afternoon heat, making it pleasant to stop and sketch from time to time.

I was drawn to the small details: the wooden doors of the shops, the lingering scent of spices wafting from nearby stalls, and the faint echo of voices mingling with the sound of the waves. As I walked along the promenade, the cultural layers of the city became more apparent and inspired new ideas in my notebook.
