Fourth Journey Day 170: Currents of Quiet Curiosity

Today I spent a pleasant afternoon at a riverside café along the Mtkvari River. I found a quiet spot to set up my sketchbook and capture the gentle flow of the river and the historic contours of the Old Town. The soft play of light and shadow, enhanced by a gentle breeze, provided a serene backdrop for my sketches.

I observed passersby and local patrons engaged in quiet conversation, while the soft murmur of the river added to the overall serenity of the setting. I paused occasionally to refine my drawings, capturing the subtle details of the architectural facades and reflections on the water. The experience was both soothing and inspiring, offering a brief but immersive glimpse into the timeless character of Tbilisi.

It was a day that allowed for quiet reflection and gentle creativity, further enriching my journey with a nuanced perspective on urban life intertwined with history.
