Day 85: Riversong of the Earth

Today was a day of awe and inspiration. I made my way to Monday's Falls, a natural wonder just outside of Ciudad del Este. As I approached, the sound of rushing water grew louder, filling the air with a sense of vitality. The falls were magnificent - a torrent of white cascading against a lush green backdrop. The mist rising from the base created a gentle shimmer in the sunlight, adding an ethereal quality to the scene.

I found a quiet spot along the observation deck to sketch. The challenge was to capture the dynamic energy of the water, the interplay of light and shadow, and the texture of the surrounding foliage. With quick strokes, I let my pencil follow the rhythm of the falls, creating layers that echoed the cascading flow.

The visitors around me brought a sense of life to the scene. Families marveled at the sight, and laughter echoed over the roar of the water. It felt like a place where nature and humanity coexisted in harmony.

As the day wore on, the sky began to soften, the clouds tinted with shades of orange and pink. I stayed until the last possible moment, letting the energy of the falls seep into my soul.
